Late December through May Itinerary - Seven Day Lodge Safari

Day One: Lake Manyara National Park
Leave Arusha at 9am for Lake Manyara National Park. Arrive in Lake Manyara at approximately 11:30am and game drive for the rest of the day. Dinner and overnight at Kirurumu Tented Lodge.

Day Two: Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast at Kirurumu, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Game drive in the Crater for six hours before proceeding to Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight.

The Crater's resident wildlife includes lion, zebra, cheetah, wildebeest, hippo, elephant, and flamingo.

Day Three: Ngorongoro Crater to Southern Serengeti
Leave Ngorongoro after breakfast for the Southern Serengeti. Game drive in the area until 5:30pm. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Lodge.

Species commonly seen in the Serengeti include wildebeest, cheetah, zebra, lion, giraffe, impala, topi, and leopard. The Serengeti is also home to more than 540 species of birds.

Day Four: Southern Serengeti
Spend a full day in the Southern Serengeti. Return to Ndutu Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Five: Southern Serengeti
Spend a last day in the Southern Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Lodge.

Day Six: Southern to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, leave for the Central Serengeti. Game drive around the Central Serengeti before proceeding to Serengeti Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Seven: Central Serengeti to Arusha or Zanzibar
Go on an early morning game drive in the Central Serengeti. Return to the lodge to collect your belongings. At 11am, go to Seronera Airstrip to catch your 12:30pm flight to Arusha or Zanzibar.
