Duma gave us excellent service and we really enjoyed our climb. We had very little gear for hiking Kili, so Duma provided a quality tent (there were three of us), aluminum adjustable-length walking sticks, and most essentially had the foresight to bring extra down sleeping bags for us as ours were simply not warm enough.
We heard some horror stories about food other groups on budget trips 'survived' - eggs at every meal and some such - but Hezron and his staff prepared curries and other delicious meals. Hezron and his co-guide had very good English speaking skills, and taught us some of the local songs about Kili - and generally entertained us. They also helped pull us up the last few metres to the top when we thought we just weren't going to make it.
All in all, we enjoyed ourselves greatly and I highly recommend them.
